Capital On Command ("we", "us", "our") is a 6-month done-for-you engagement led by securities attorneys Jillian Sidoti, Esq. and Nate Dodson, Esq. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit findmoreinvestors.com or apply for the program, how we use it, and the choices you have. We try to write it in plain English. Where legal terms appear, we mean them in their ordinary sense.

1. What we collect
We collect information you give us directly and a small amount that's collected automatically when you visit the site.
Information you give us
- Application data. When you fill out the Cohort application, we collect your name, email, phone, business name, website, role, industry, revenue range, capital-raising history, and the open-ended answers you provide.
- Communications. Emails you send us, notes you submit through forms, and conversations on intake or follow-up calls.
- Subscriptions. Your email address if you opt into the newsletter or download a free resource.
Information collected automatically
- Standard server logs. Your IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps.
- Cookies and analytics. See Section 4.
2. How we use it
We use your information to:
- Evaluate your application and respond to you
- Deliver the Capital On Command program if you are accepted
- Send you transactional emails (calendar invites, payment receipts, program materials)
- Send you marketing emails about Cohort updates, the journal, and related content, until you unsubscribe
- Improve the site and our marketing
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
3. Who we share it with
We share your information only with service providers that help us run the business, under contracts that limit what they can do with it. The main ones:
- GoHighLevel — our CRM and email platform. Holds your contact record and email history.
- Netlify — our website host. Captures form submissions.
- Zapier (if integrations are active) — passes data between Netlify and GoHighLevel.
- Stripe — payment processing, if you enroll. We never see your full card number.
- Google Analytics or similar privacy-respecting analytics — aggregated traffic data.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a sale or transfer of the business.
4. Cookies and tracking
We use a small number of cookies. Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics cookies tell us which pages visitors actually read. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers without your consent.
You can turn off cookies in your browser settings. Some site features may not work if you do.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access. Request a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Correction. Ask us to correct anything that's wrong.
- Deletion. Ask us to delete your information, subject to record-keeping obligations.
- Opt out of marketing. Click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. You'll still receive transactional emails relating to an active engagement.
- Portability. Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
- Do Not Sell or Share (California residents). We do not sell or share personal information for advertising. There is nothing to opt out of here, but you have the right under CCPA/CPRA to confirm that.
To exercise any of these rights, email jillian@jilliansidoti.com from the address on your account. We respond within 30 days.
6. How long we keep it
We keep application data for as long as you're a prospect, client, or alum. If you ask us to delete it, we will, except where we need to keep records to comply with the law (for example, tax records, dispute defense, or anti-fraud purposes).
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data: HTTPS everywhere, encrypted storage at our service providers, access limited to people who need it. No system is perfect. If we ever experience a breach affecting your data, we'll notify you in accordance with applicable law.
8. Children
Capital On Command is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn we have, we'll delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of the page will reflect the latest version. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or with a notice on the site.
